Hugely practical VW T5 Murvi Mallard that’s covered 93,450 miles with service history. This 2-berth hi-top camper features cab air conditioning, electric windows and mirrors, single front captains seats that swivel, tailgate with rear wash wipe, tow bar and more. Higher in specification than the more well known Autosleeper Trident, this VW based Murvi Mallard is a rare model.
The Murvi Mallard conversion is a high quality compact camper with huge amounts of storage. It features Webasto diesel heating, a four burner gas hob and grill, sink and drainer, porta potti and even a rear shower facility for washing sandy feet. Perhaps the standout feature though is the multi-positional rear bed / seat which slides on rails allowing for a flexible living space. As with every camper we sell, it will be supplied with a fresh Habitation safety certificate.
It has a comprehensive service history with 13 stamps in the service schedule most of which were carried out at VW main dealer. Its current MOT runs until April 2025 which it passed with no advisories and it had a cambelt and water pump replacement in April 2022. It will also be supplied with a fresh oil service and 12 months MB&G mechanical and habitation warranty.
Having spent last summer touring Portugal there is some lacquer peel on a portion of the roof. This is purely visual on an otherwise unmarked camper and does not affect the water tightness of the roof in any way. Viewing if interested is advised.
