Hillside Leisure are a National Caravan Council approved convertor specialising in high specification conversions. Converted from new and registered as a Motor Caravan on the V5, this Birchover model features the premium SCA pop-top roof with sprung bed, market leading RIB bed, Eberspacher heating, and even a hot water system with activity shower point. This example also has a Fiamma wind out awning, roof mounted solar panel charger and Porta Potti. As with every camper we sell, it will be supplied with a fresh Habitation safety certificate for the appliances and conversion.

Powered by the 2.0 TDI 102 bhp Euro-5 engine through a 5-speed manual gearbox, its current MOT runs until April 2027 which it passed with no advisories. It has a full service history with 9 stamps in its service history for its 68,600 miles covered. In April 2025 it had a cambelt and water pump replacement, middle exhaust box and a set of four tyres and it will also be supplied with a 6-month MB&G mechanical and habitation warranty for further peace of mind.
